AGI Kenya provides general educational guidance about navigating public-service websites. It is not a government service, legal adviser, tax adviser or representative of the Government of Kenya, KRA or eCitizen.

Government procedures, fees and portal interfaces can change. We aim to keep guides useful but cannot guarantee every detail is complete or current. Confirm requirements directly with the relevant official agency before acting.

Applications and payments

AGI does not process government applications or collect government fees. Complete applications and payments only through verified official channels. Never share passwords, PINs or one-time passwords with this site.
