What this site does

AGI Kenya publishes independent guides to help visitors navigate public-service websites. You can read guides without creating an account. If you subscribe to email updates, we store your email address and subscription status securely in our database. We send one confirmation email and do not activate your subscription until you confirm it. Confirmed subscribers may receive AGI news and guide updates. Newsletters will include a way to unsubscribe. We retain an unsubscribe record so an address is not accidentally re-added without a new request. To limit abuse, we also use a pseudonymous hash derived from the request IP address to limit subscription attempts; stale rate-limit records are cleaned up after seven days when new requests arrive.

Contact messages

If you contact us by email, your message and email address will be handled by the email services involved. Do not email passwords, national ID details, KRA PINs, one-time passwords, payment credentials or sensitive documents.

Cookies and analytics

This version has no analytics integration or advertising trackers configured by the site. If analytics, advertising or other data collection is introduced, this notice must be updated to describe the relevant practices.

External websites

Links to KRA, eCitizen and other third-party services take you away from AGI. Their own privacy policies and practices then apply.
