Use eCitizen’s own sign-in and recovery options if you cannot access your account.
AGI cannot reset or verify an eCitizen account. Start on the eCitizen website, then use the sign-in or account-recovery options displayed by the service.

Before you begin
- Open eCitizen by entering its address yourself or using the link below.
- Keep your password and one-time codes private. Never share them with anyone.

Steps to follow
- Open the eCitizen website using the link below.
- Choose the sign-in option and review the account-recovery choices shown on the page.
- Follow the instructions displayed by eCitizen. Enter account information only on the eCitizen website.
- If you still cannot access the account, use contact or support information published by eCitizen.

Important notes
- Never share your password, one-time code or account-recovery codes with anyone. Do not send identity documents to AGI; submit them only through the official service when required.
- Avoid paying an unofficial intermediary who promises to recover an account.
