Use NTSA’s official eCitizen and service portals to find driving licence services. AGI is an independent information site; applications, payments and decisions are handled by NTSA.

- Use only official NTSA or eCitizen websites.
- Have your eCitizen sign-in details available. The portal will show the current requirements and fees for each service.

Steps to follow
- Open the official NTSA eCitizen portalStart at the NTSA portal linked below and sign in with your eCitizen account.
- Choose the relevant driving serviceAvailable services include a provisional driving licence, driving test booking, renewal, duplicate licence and class endorsement.
- Follow the portal instructionsCheck the requirements, details and fee shown for your specific application before paying.
- Keep your confirmationSave the application or payment reference and follow any status instructions provided by the portal.
