Steps to follow

Open the official KUCCPS Student’s Portal using the link below.
Search programmes by course, institution or qualification, then inspect the minimum KCSE and subject requirements shown for each programme.
Use the broad placement thresholds as an initial guide: degree (C+ and above), Diploma/Level 6 (C or C-), Certificate/Level 5 (D+ or D), and Artisan/Level 4 (D- or E).
Shortlist several programmes that fit your results, required subject grades, interests and practical preferences.

These are broad minimum grades, not a guarantee of eligibility for every programme at that grade.
Programmes can require particular grades in Mathematics, English or Kiswahili, sciences or other subjects. Selection also depends on the published requirements, available capacity and placement criteria.
