Confirm the collection centreImmigration says passports are collected from the centre where biometrics were taken; check your own application instructions.
Prepare the collection documentsImmigration lists the invoice with the attached token and the original national ID; replacement cases may also require the old passport booklet.
Attend the instructed centreFollow any appointment or collection instructions shown by Immigration staff.
