Where to find official KJSEA results and what to do if the portal instructions or learner details do not match.

Use KNEC’s official KJSEA results portal when access for the relevant assessment has been announced. Result-access procedures may change, so follow the fields and notices displayed by KNEC at the time.

Before you begin

Have the learner’s official assessment details available as requested by KNEC.
Use the KNEC results portal or a link from the official KNEC website.
Do not share learner information publicly or pay an unofficial website promising early results.

Steps to follow

Check KNEC’s official website for confirmation that results for the relevant KJSEA assessment are available.
Open the official KJSEA results portal linked below.
Enter the assessment details requested on the live portal and follow the displayed privacy notice and instructions.
Review the displayed result carefully and retain any official confirmation or instructions provided.
If the result is unavailable or the learner’s details appear incorrect, contact the school and follow the official KNEC or Ministry guidance for the relevant assessment.

Important notes

The portal may not display results before KNEC officially opens access for that assessment.
Follow current KNEC instructions rather than screenshots or fields copied from an older year.
AGI cannot retrieve, amend or verify a learner’s result.
