How to check your HEF application status
Use the official HEF Student Portal to check your scholarship or loan application, allocation and disbursement information. AGI cannot access your private application or change its status.
Steps to check your status
- Open the official HEF Student Portal using the link below.
- Sign in to the account you used to apply. Do not create a second account simply because you cannot find the first application.
- Open the relevant application or status area and read the latest status, allocation or disbursement details shown.
- If the portal requests an action or additional information, read the official instructions carefully and use the portal’s own process.
- If the status is unclear or appears incorrect, consult the official HEF FAQs or contact the responsible funding agency through contact details published on its website.
- Return to the portal for updates. Disbursement timing may depend on institutional confirmation and the current funding process.
Protect your account.Never send AGI or an unofficial agent your password, one-time verification code, ID documents or private application screenshots. Use the official portal directly.
